Support your locals.
#DineOutHelpOut

Whether it's celebrating a special occasion, catching a bite at your favourite local, or getting together with friends, we want you to know our teams are committed to serving you up a great experience whilst ensuring your safety.

So you can still continue to dine out!

We’re all in this together, so we need your help to ensure we all understand how to best keep us all safe. Check out our tips below.
What are WE doing to protect you?

1. We're checking vaccine passes

To make sure everyone dining in has a My Vaccine Pass, we'll be checking all customer's vaccine passes. This government requirement will change as of 4 April 2022, but some venues may wish to keep this in place.

2. We are wearing masks

All our staff in customer-facing roles inside must wear a medical-grade face mask. We know it’s not what you are used to but we need to keep you safe. Let us know if you need us to repeat anything, as we know it can sometimes make things more difficult to hear.

3. All our staff are double vaccinated

All staff in hospitality venues open for dine-in, must be double vaccinated. Many of our staff have also already received their booster. As of 4 April the government have removed the requirement for those in hospitality to be vaccinated, but many venues may choose to keep these rules in place.

4. Venues are capped at 200 people

We can have 200 people in each separately defined area of our venues (1 person per 1 m2). If there is an outside space, there is no cap.
And.
  • We are completing extra cleaning
  • Providing hand sanitiser
  • Ensuring any staff that are sick stay home
  • Providing extra training for staff to manage food safety and health and safety measures
  • Many will be following the Industry's comprehensive operational guidelines, produced by the Restaurant Association
What do you need to do at Red?

1. Wear a Mask

As of 25 March, all diners must wear a mask when inside. You do not need to keep it on when eating or drinking or if in an outside space.

Get tips on wearing a mask safely here.

2. Scan in

Scan in using the COVID-19 tracer app or the business' alternative sign-in system. Your records are not used for any other use other than if contact tracing is required.

What if I become a close contact?

3. My Vaccine Pass required

At Red, any onsite dining will require you to have a My Vaccine Pass. Have it ready for staff to sight or scan on your arrival.

3. Social distancing

Please keep socially distanced by 1m when on site.
And.
  • Table service is required at all licensed premises inside, but you can pay at the counter or bar. Please remain seated.
  • You can order from the counter at unlicensed premises.
  • Use contactless payment if possible.
  • Use provided hand sanitiser.
  • Stay home if you are sick - if you have made a booking let us know and we can reschedule your reservation.
  • No-shows are a no-no, please let the business know if something has come up.
